

// Apple cake
Moist and fluffy
Moist and fluffy apple cake ๐๐. It's a very easy cake to make, I assure you that you will love it, it's truly delicious.
Ingredients: Crumble (Rectangular mold 28ร7ร19 cm)
- ๐ฅ3 eggs
- ๐ญ160g of sugar
- ๐ถ130ml of mild olive oil
- ๐พ220g of 0000 or pastry flour
- ๐ฅ16g of baking powder
- ๐ฅ1 teaspoon of vanilla
- ๐3 apples (450/500g approx. cleaned and cut)
- ๐Lemon zest to taste
- ๐3 tbsp of lemon juice
Elaboration
- ๐Preheat the oven to 170ยบC. Grease and line the base and sides of a 24cm round mold with baking paper
- ๐Peel and cut the apples into chunks, place them in a bowl and add lemon zest to taste, 3 tbsp of lemon juice and 2 tbsp of flour (from the 220g). Mix and reserve
- ๐In a bowl beat the eggs until they rise
- ๐Add the sugar and beat until you get a creamy mixture
- ๐Add the oil, vanilla and continue beating
- ๐Add the flour previously sieved with the baking powder and mix until everything is well integrated
- ๐Finally, add the chopped apples and mix
- ๐Pour the mixture into the mold and put on top a layer of sugar aromatized with orange and lemon zest (50g sugar + orange and lemon zest to taste)
- ๐Bake at 170ยบC for 45/50min. (before removing the cake from the oven, prick it with a toothpick to check that it comes out clean and dry)
- ๐Let cool, unmold and enjoy ๐๐
