I share with you an easy and homemade recipe, perfect to prepare at any time and with a result that always works.
It's a simple, aromatic dessert that is very pleasant to make at home. I hope you like it as much as I do and that you dare to try it ๐๐๐ฅฐ
Ingredients: Crumble (Rectangular mold 28ร7ร19 cm)

- ๐ฅฃ200g butter
- ๐ญ180g brown sugar
- ๐ฅ3 egg yolks
- ๐ฅ2tsp vanilla essence
- ๐พ360g pastry flour or plain flour
- ๐ฅ12g baking powder
Ingredients: Apple filling
- ๐4 golden apples peeled and cut into small pieces (approx. 650g)
- ๐ฌ50g sugar
- ๐ผ1tsp vanilla
- ๐ฝ30g starch
- ๐4 tbsp lemon juice
- ๐Zest of 1/2 lemon
- ๐Zest of 1/2 orange
Elaboration
- ๐Grease the mold and line the base and sides with baking paper.
- ๐For the filling; in a bowl mix the peeled and chopped apples together with the 50g of sugar, vanilla, 30g of starch, 4 tbsp of lemon juice and the lemon and orange zest. Mix well and set aside.
- ๐In another bowl, beat the butter until creamy.
- ๐Add the sugar and beat until well combined.
- ๐Add the egg yolks and vanilla, and continue beating until you have a smooth mixture.
- ๐Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and mix until you get a sandy dough.
- ๐Separate 270g of this dough and set aside for the top crumble.
- ๐Cover the base and approx. 2cm of the edges with the remaining dough.

- ๐Fill with the apple mixture and cover with the 270g of crumble.


- ๐Bake at 170ยฐC (top and bottom heat) for approx. 40min.


- ๐Let it cool well, unmold and enjoy ๐
