

// Banana bread
Tasty and moist
Here I leave you this rich and very easy to make recipe. Banana bread with chocolate chips. Moist and with a lot of flavor 🍌🍫😋...

Ingredients (Rectangular mold 25cm)
- 🍌3 ripe bananas (360g approx. purée)
- 🥚3 eggs
- 🍬120g of brown sugar
- 🥄1 tsp vanilla extract
- 🍶120ml of sunflower oil
- 🌾200g of cake flour
- 🥄18g of baking powder
- 🍫100g chocolate chips
Elaboration
- 🍞Grease the mold and line the base and sides with baking paper (optional).
- 🍌Put the bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork. Reserve
- 🍫In another bowl beat the eggs, add the sugar, vanilla essence and beat until you have a smooth cream
- 🍞Add the oil and beat until it is incorporated
- 🍌Add the bananas and beat again for a few minutes
- 🍫In a small bowl put the chocolate chips and add 1 tbsp of flour (from the 200g). Mix well and reserve
- 🍞Add the flour together with the baking powder in two or three times. Mix with a manual whisk until no lumps remain. Add the chocolate chips. Mix to integrate
- 🍌Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 170°C 38/40min. or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean and dry
- 🍫Let it cool on a rack and enjoy!
Notes
- 🌼To prevent it from getting too brown, I cover it with a sheet of parchment paper for the last 10 minutes. This is optional.
- 🌼You can use mild olive oil, I did it with both oils and the flavor is just as rich!
It is an ideal recipe when you have overripe bananas at home and don't know what to do with them!! I guarantee you'll love it 😋😍
