Juicy and delicious
Here I leave you this recipe with color and aroma of autumn that I love ππ, these banana muffins with chocolate chips are tender, juicy and with an irresistible flavor.
The recipe is very easy to make and is a snack or breakfast that never fails ππ§ππ
Ingredients

- π3 ripe bananas
- π₯2 eggs
- π160g of sugar
- πΆ160ml of sunflower oil
- π₯1 tsp vanilla extract
- πΎ180g flour (for cooking and baking)
- π₯12g of baking powder
- π«100g chocolate chips
Elaboration
- π§Prepare a tray with 12 paper muffin or cupcake liners
- πIn a bowl put the bananas and mash with a fork. Add the sugar, oil, vanilla extract and eggs. Beat with a mixer or hand mixer until well integrated
- π§In a small bowl put the chocolate chips and add 1 tbsp of flour (from the 180g). Mix well and reserve
- πAdd the flour together with the baking powder previously sieved. Mix well to integrate and no lumps remain

- π§Add the chocolate chips, mix and distribute the mixture uniformly between the 12 muffin or cupcake capsules. Bake at 170Β°C for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry

- πLet it cool on a rack
