

// Chocolate cookies with chocolate chips and Nutella
Deliciously tempting
Crispy and delicious chocolate cookies with dark chocolate chips and milk chocolate, filled with Nutella 🍫❤️
Pureeee chocolate for chocolate lovers 😍😋
Ingredients (7🍪 of approx. 90g)
- 🧈120g unsalted butter
- 🍭120g brown sugar
- 🥚1 M egg
- 🥄1 tsp vanilla
- 🌾160g 0000 flour or pastry flour (no leavening)
- 🍫30g pure cocoa powder
- 🥄8g baking powder
- 🥄3g baking soda
- 🍫70g chopped dark chocolate
- 🍫70g milk chocolate
- 🥄½ small tsp coarse salt
- 🌰Nutella (20g frozen balls)
Elaboration
- 🌰In a bowl, beat the butter, add the sugar and beat until combined
- 🍫Add the vanilla, the egg and continue beating
- 🌰Add the flour, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda. Mix or beat until the cookie dough forms (it will be a crumbly dough)
- 🍫Knead with your hands until uniform
- 🌰Add the chopped chocolates. Knead until well incorporated into the dough
- 🍫Make dough balls of approx. 90g, split them in half with your hands, and in one half make a small hole in the center and place a previously frozen Nutella ball. Join the two halves and roll well so they are firm
- 🌰Wrap the dough balls with plastic wrap and store in the freezer for about 30 minutes or 1 hour in the refrigerator
- 🍫Preheat the oven to 170°C
- 🌰Remove the dough balls from the freezer / refrigerator, remove the wrap and place them on a baking tray with baking paper (I put 4 / 5 cookies per batch)

- 🍫Bake the cookies for 14 min at 170°C (top and bottom heat without fan)
- 🌰Once baked, let them cool on the tray for 5 minutes. Then transfer them with a spatula to a rack to finish cooling 🍫❤️. Move them carefully so they don’t break because they will be soft
