

// Chocolate muffins
Juicy and full of flavor
Here I leave you this delicious recipe for some juicy chocolate muffins with chunks of dark chocolate and milk chocolate.
I know it’s hot to turn on the oven, but a little bit of chocolate is always tempting 😬☺️😋😋😋❤️. I hope you like the recipe and if you decide to make it, that they turn out reallyyyyy delicious ❤️❤️❤️😘
Ingredients
- 🥚1 egg
- 🍬180g sugar
- 🌻160ml sunflower oil
- 🌾240g cake flour (with leavening)
- 🍫40g pure cocoa powder
- 🍫1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 🥛140ml whole milk
- 🍶70ml whipping cream
- 🥄1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 🍫100g dark chocolate cut into small pieces
- 🍫60g milk chocolate cut into small pieces
Elaboration
- 🧁Preheat the oven to 170ºC and prepare a muffin or cupcake tray with liners, in my case I used 9 units
- 🧁Beat the egg with the sugar and vanilla
- 🧁Add the oil and keep beating
- 🧁Add the flour and cocoa alternately with the milk and cream until all the ingredients are well combined
- 🧁Add the chocolates and mix with a spatula
- 🧁Divide the mixture into the 9 liners or 12 depending on the size you want and bake at 170ºC for approx. 25 min.
- 🧁Let cool on a rack
- 🧁Decorate however you like!! I added a bit of dark chocolate
Notes
- The flour I use is La Caserita self-rising flour, but if you can’t get it, you can use regular flour with 12g of baking powder 🤗
