

// Nutella, Chocolate, and Hazelnut Crumble
Crunchy and creamy
I'm sharing this delicious recipe for Nutella, chocolate, and hazelnut crumble 🤎
A homemade recipe, very easy to make and perfect to enjoy on any occasion. I'm sure you'll love it for its crunchy texture and creamy center 😋🍫
Ingredients: Base and crumble (24 cm square pan)
- 🧈250g butter
- 🍭180g powdered sugar
- 🥚4 egg yolks
- 🥄2 tsp vanilla extract
- 🌾480g 0000 flour or pastry flour
- ❤️16g baking powder
- 🧂A pinch of salt
- 🍫150g dark chocolate
- 🌰65g toasted hazelnuts
Ingredients: Filling
- 🌰400g Nutella
Decoration
- 🌰Nutella to taste
Elaboration
- 🍫Grease the pan and line the base and sides with parchment paper.
- 🌰In a bowl, beat the butter until creamy.
- 🍪Add the powdered sugar and beat until well combined.
- 🍫Add the yolks and vanilla, and keep beating until you get a smooth mixture.
- 🌰Add the sifted flour along with the baking powder and salt, and mix until you get a sandy dough.
- 🍪Set aside 350g of this dough, add the chopped chocolate and toasted hazelnuts. Reserve for the top crumble.
- 🍫Cover the base of the pan with the remaining dough and go up about 2cm on the sides.
- 🌰Fill with the 400g of Nutella, spread well and cover with the reserved crumble.
- 🍪Bake at 170°C (top and bottom heat) for approx. 25–28 minutes.
- 🍫Let cool, unmold, and decorate with Nutella 😋
