Easy and delicious
Recipe my way 😁, I hope you like it as much as I do
It’s an easy, quick and delicious cake 💙🍫😋… plus, you won’t need to use the oven 😲💙
Ingredients (24x18cm rectangular pan)
- 🥣500g mascarpone
- 🍯350g dulce de leche
- 🍶100ml whipping cream
- 🍪4 packs of Chocolinas cookies
- 🥛Milk and cocoa to soak the cookies
Elaboration
- 💙Beat the mascarpone for a couple of minutes
- 🍫Add the dulce de leche and beat until well combined
- 💙Add the cream and beat until you get a smooth cream
- 🍫Line a tray or mold with plastic wrap
- 💙Mix the milk with the cocoa and start soaking the cookies, placing a first layer of cookies followed by a layer of cream. Repeat this process four times or as many times as desired (finish with a layer of cookies)
- 🍫Cover with plastic wrap. Let rest in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight
- 💙Unmold carefully and decorate to taste
Notes
- ✏️I used 6x3 cookies (18) per layer
Elaboration: Decoration I used (optional)
- 🍫70g chocolate + 🍶120ml whipping cream
- - Chop the chocolate and add the hot cream. Mix well
- - Cover the surface of the cake with a thin layer of this ganache
- 🥣Whipping cream (200ml) + 🍯Dulce de leche (80g) for finishing
- - Whip the cream
- - Add the dulce de leche and beat until smooth
- - Place in a piping bag with a star tip and pipe the decoration you like most
- 🍫Make chocolate shavings and decorate
- 🍪Finish decorating with cookie crumbs and whole or broken cookies
