Easy and delicious

Recipe my way 😁, I hope you like it as much as I do

It’s an easy, quick and delicious cake 💙🍫😋… plus, you won’t need to use the oven 😲💙

Ingredients (24x18cm rectangular pan)

  • 🥣500g mascarpone
  • 🍯350g dulce de leche
  • 🍶100ml whipping cream
  • 🍪4 packs of Chocolinas cookies
  • 🥛Milk and cocoa to soak the cookies

Elaboration

  • 💙Beat the mascarpone for a couple of minutes
  • 🍫Add the dulce de leche and beat until well combined
  • 💙Add the cream and beat until you get a smooth cream
  • 🍫Line a tray or mold with plastic wrap
  • 💙Mix the milk with the cocoa and start soaking the cookies, placing a first layer of cookies followed by a layer of cream. Repeat this process four times or as many times as desired (finish with a layer of cookies)
  • 🍫Cover with plastic wrap. Let rest in the refrigerator for 6 hours or overnight
  • 💙Unmold carefully and decorate to taste

Notes

  1. ✏️I used 6x3 cookies (18) per layer

Elaboration: Decoration I used (optional)

  • 🍫70g chocolate + 🍶120ml whipping cream
    • - Chop the chocolate and add the hot cream. Mix well
    • - Cover the surface of the cake with a thin layer of this ganache
  • 🥣Whipping cream (200ml) + 🍯Dulce de leche (80g) for finishing
    • - Whip the cream
    • - Add the dulce de leche and beat until smooth
    • - Place in a piping bag with a star tip and pipe the decoration you like most
  • 🍫Make chocolate shavings and decorate
  • 🍪Finish decorating with cookie crumbs and whole or broken cookies
