Today I’m sharing an easy, simple dessert, perfect for showing off on any occasion 🎄✨.
It’s a delicious cookie cake filled with a smooth cream of cream cheese, condensed milk, and coconut, combined with red fruit jam. The combination is amazing and I’m sure you’ll love the flavor 😋🍓🥥.
Ingredients (rectangular mold 24x7cm)

- 🍶500ml whipping cream (min. 35% fat)
- 🧀250g cream cheese
- 🥛200g condensed milk
- 🥥90g shredded coconut
- 🥄1 teaspoon vanilla
- 🍓200g red fruit jam
- 🍪Cookies of your choice
- 🥛Milk to soak the cookies
👩🍳 Elaboration
- 🎄In a bowl, mix and beat the cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla for a couple of minutes.
- ✨Add the shredded coconut in two or three times and beat until combined. Let the mixture rest a few minutes for the coconut to hydrate.
- 🎄In another bowl, whip the cold cream until soft peaks form.
- ✨Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese, coconut, and condensed milk mixture in several batches with gentle movements. Transfer the cream to a piping bag.
- 🎄Cover the mold with plastic wrap, leaving some overhang to facilitate unmolding.
- ✨Place a layer of cream at the bottom of the mold.
- 🎄Lightly soak the cookies in warm milk and place them over the cream.
- ✨Continue alternating layers of cream, a layer of jam, and cookies until finished, ending with a layer of cookies.
- 🎄Refrigerate at least 4–6 hours to set (ideally overnight).
- ✨Carefully unmold, decorate as desired, and enjoy 😋
