

// Lotus cheesecake Easter eggs
Delicate and original
This Easter, don’t settle for the typical egg 🙂↔️! Make the creamiest, easiest, and most delicious dessert of the year 🤤!
Lotus? Chocolate egg? Cheesecake? All in one! 🤩
Ingredients
- 🍫2 chocolate Easter eggs (your choice) – I used one 130g and another 100g
Ingredients: For the Lotus cream
- 🍯130g Lotus Biscoff spread
- 🧀250g mascarpone cheese
- 🍶200ml whipping cream (38% fat)
- 🥄1 tsp vanilla extract
Ingredients: For the filling inside
- 🤎6 crushed Lotus cookies
- 🍯80g Lotus Biscoff spread
Ingredients: For decoration
- 🤎Lotus cookies (whole and crushed)
- 🍯40g Lotus Biscoff spread
Elaboration
- 🔪Carefully cut the eggs in half so they don’t break.
- 🥣In a bowl, beat the mascarpone with the Lotus spread and vanilla until combined.
- 🍶Add the well-chilled cream and continue beating until you get a smooth, whipped cream.
- 🥄Fill the inside of the eggs; add a layer of Lotus cream, then a layer of cheese cream, sprinkle the crushed cookies, more Lotus cream, and finish with more cheese cream.
- 🍪Decorate with crushed cookies, whole cookies, and a bit of Lotus cream on top…
- ❄️Leave them in the fridge for a while and serve chilled!
The result… is simply AMAZING! Creamy, textured, and with an incredible flavor 😋
Notes
- To make the Lotus cream smoother and easier to apply (both inside and for decoration), heat it for about 30 seconds in the microwave. This way it melts and spreads much better!
