I've got another delicious Christmas recipe for you 😬😁😅… A reinvented Christmas classic for Lotus lovers ✨; crispy white chocolate on the outside and a heart filled with Lotus cream, Lotus biscuits, and puffed rice… pure temptation in every bite 😍✨

Perfect for a treat or to share with family and friends 🍫🥰

Ingredients: White chocolate layer (Nougat mold 20x10x2.5cm)

  • 🍫200g white chocolate
  • 🥄1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 🧈40g cocoa butter
  • 🍪2 Lotus biscuits, broken into pieces
Ingredients: Crunchy Lotus filling
  • 🍯150g Lotus cream
  • 🍫100g white chocolate
  • 🥄1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 🍪3 Lotus classic biscuits, chopped
  • 🍪4 Lotus biscuits, filled and chopped
  • 🍚35g puffed rice with cocoa
Elaboration: Bottom layer and sides
  1. 🍫Melt 100g white chocolate + 20g cocoa butter.
  2. 🍪Add 1 crushed Lotus biscuit and mix well.
  3. 📤Pour into the mold, cover the base and sides well and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Elaboration: Crunchy Lotus Filling
  1. 🍫Melt the 100g of white chocolate for the filling.
  2. 🍯Mix it with the 150g Lotus cream until combined.
  3. 🍪Add the 3 classic cookies + 4 chopped filled cookies.
  4. 🍚Add 35g of puffed rice with cocoa + ½ tsp vanilla. Mix.
  5. 📤Place on the base, press gently to level and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Elaboration: Top layer
  1. 🍫Melt the remaining 100g white chocolate + 20g cocoa butter.
  2. 🍪Add the remaining crushed Lotus biscuit and mix.
  3. 📤Completely cover the filling.
  4. ❄️Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  5. 📦Carefully unmold...
  6. 🎁And it's ready to enjoy!
