Ingredients (18cm mold)
- 🥚4 eggs (M)
- 🍬100g sugar
- 🌽30g starch or flour
- 🧀600g cream cheese
- 🥭300g mango jam
- 🍶250ml whipping cream (min. 35% FC)
Ingredients: Decoration (optional)
- 🥭100g of mango jam
Elaboration
- 🥚Beat the eggs with the sugar and starch until well combined.
- 🧀Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth.
- 🥭Add the mango jam and mix.
- 🍶Add the cream and beat gently until combined (do not overbeat)
- 🥧Cover the pan with damp baking paper (this prevents sticking and helps the cake turn out juicier) and pour in the mixture.
- ♨️Bake at 190°C (top and bottom heat) for 35 minutes. 👉If you prefer it setter, leave it for a few extra minutes.
- ❄️Let cool completely and refrigerate overnight.
- 🥭Remove from the pan, decorate with the mango jam, and enjoy! 😍
