

// Microwave Orange Cake
Easy and fluffy
This orange cake 🍊 is pure magic with just 10 minutes of cooking 😱!
Super fluffy, juicy, aromatic, and very easy to make 🧡✨ If you dare to try it, you'll surely make it again 😋🙂
Ingredients
- 🥚3 eggs (M)
- 🍭220g sugar
- 🍶160ml mild olive oil or sunflower oil
- 🍊Zest of 1 large orange (approx. 6g)
- 🍊110ml natural orange juice
- 🌾260g pastry flour (Gallo)
- 🥄16g baking powder
- 🥛100ml whole milk
- 🥄1 tsp orange extract (optional)
Preparation
- 🍊Grease a 22cm diameter silicone mold well (preferably 5cm high approx.) and set aside.
- 🍊In a bowl, mix the sugar with the orange zest. Rub them with your hands for a few seconds to release all the aroma.
- 🍊In a large bowl, beat the eggs together with the flavored sugar until creamy.
- 🍊Add the oil and beat again until fully incorporated.

- 🍊Add the orange extract (if using), the juice, and the milk. Mix well.
- 🍊Incorporate the sifted flour with the baking powder. Mix and beat for a couple of minutes, just enough to avoid lumps.
- 🍊Pour the mixture into the mold and cook in the microwave at maximum power (mine 900W) for 10 minutes.
- 🔁If your microwave does not have a rotating plate or heats unevenly, turn the mold at 5 minutes to cook evenly.
- 🍊Remove, let it cool completely, and unmold carefully.
- 🍊Decorate as you like and enjoy!

Keep it well covered with plastic wrap and it will stay perfect for days… although it's hard to last that long! 😉🍊💛
