Ingredients (9🧁)

• 🧈140g butter
• 🍬120g sugar
• 🥚2 eggs
• 🍊Zest of 1 orange
• 🍊100ml orange juice
• 🥄1tsp orange flavouring (optional)
• 🥛120ml semi or whole milk
• 🍶120ml whipping cream
• 🌾260g plain flour or pastry flour
• 🧡12g baking powder

Ingredients: Crumble (optional)

• 🧈60g butter
• 🍬60g sugar
• 🌾100g flour
• 🍊Orange zest to taste
• 🥄Orange flavouring to taste

Elaboration

1. 🍊Preheat the oven to 170ºC and prepare a muffin or cupcake tray with the capsules, in my case I used 9 units.
2. 🧡In a bowl prepare the crumble by mixing all the ingredients until you get a sandy mixture with lumps. Set aside
3. 🧁In another bowl beat the butter, when it is creamy add the sugar, orange zest, flavouring and beat until well combined
4. 🍊Add the eggs. Beat until you get a creamy mixture
5. 🧡Add the orange juice. Mix
6. 🧁Add the milk and cream and mix until combined
7. 🍊Add the flour together with the baking powder. Mix well and beat a few minutes to avoid lumps
8. 🧡Pour the mixture into the capsules, cover with crumble and bake at 170ºC approx. 25min
