

// Red Peach Crumble
Crispy and soft at the same time
Here I share one of my favorite recipes 🤩 Crumble 😍!!!
Since I learned to make it (my way 😅) I often make it with any fruit 🍓🍎🍍🍐, it’s perfect for snack, breakfast, or just any occasion! 😋🧡
Ingredients: Base and crumble
- 🥧250g butter
- 🍬240g powdered sugar
- 🥚4 egg yolks
- 🥄2 tsp vanilla essence
- 🌾480g 0000 flour or pastry flour
- 🧂16g baking powder
Ingredients: Filling
- 🍑450g homemade or store-bought peach jam (I made it homemade with red peaches, but it’s optional)
Elaboration
- 🥧Beat the cold butter cut into cubes
- 🥧Add the sugar and beat until well combined
- 🥧Add the egg yolks and vanilla. Beat
- 🥧Add the sifted flour together with the baking powder. Beat; it will become a sandy dough, this is the crumble dough
- 🥧Set aside 350g of the total dough (crumble for topping)
- 🥧Knead the rest of the dough until compact; if necessary, add 1 or 2 tbsp of milk
- 🥧Grease a 24cm square mold and line with parchment paper, cover with the dough (base and 2–3cm on the sides)

- 🥧Pour the jam and cover with the reserved crumble dough (350g)
- 🥧Bake at 170°C for approx. 33 min, top and bottom heat
- 🥧Let cool and unmold
Notes
- ✍️You can place a little of the reserved crumble dough at the base before adding the jam. I usually do this
