  • 🍭210g sweetened condensed milk (@lalechera)
  • 🍶140ml mild olive oil (or sunflower oil)
  • 🌾220g pastry flour or plain flour
  • 🥄16g baking powder
  • 🥄1tsp vanilla extract
  • 🍑4 peaches (450–500g, cleaned and peeled)
    • 2 sliced (for the base)
    • 2 chopped + lemon zest to taste + 4tbsp lemon juice + 1tbsp flour (from the 220g)

Elaboration
  1. 🧈Grease the pan with butter and line only the sides with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. 🍬In a saucepan, add the sugar and water.
  3. 🔥Cook over medium-high heat without stirring. If needed, gently swirl the pan in circles.

  2. 🍭Add the condensed milk and beat or mix until combined.
  3. 🍶Add the oil and vanilla, and continue beating for a couple of minutes.
  4. 🌾Add the sifted flour along with the baking powder and beat until well combined and smooth.
  5. 🍑Finally, add the reserved chopped peaches and mix gently.

  1. 🔥Bake at 170°C for 45-50 minutes. After 25 minutes, cover with aluminum foil to prevent overbrowning.
  2. ✅Before removing, insert a toothpick and make sure it comes out clean.
