

// Tiramisu torrija with condensed milk

If you're looking for a different version of traditional French toast for this Easter, you have to try this tiramisu French toast! Made with brioche, coffee, mascarpone cream, and condensed milk. Super easy to make, very juicy inside, with a topping that will remind you of the best homemade tiramisu.
Perfect to share with family or treat yourself. A delicious fusion between tradition and Italian dessert that never fails!
Ingredients: For the torrija
- 🥛250g condensed milk
- 🫖450ml hot water
- ☕️12g instant coffee
- 🍞400g brioche (6 slices)
- 🥚2 M eggs
- 🌻Sunflower oil for frying
Ingredients: For the tiramisu cream
- 🧀250g mascarpone cheese
- 🥛120g condensed milk
- 🍶125ml cold whipping cream (38% fat)
- 🥄1 tsp vanilla extract
- ☕️2g instant coffee
Ingredients: For sprinkling
- 🍫20g 100% Intense natural cocoa powder
Elaboration
- 🍶In a bowl, mix 250g of condensed milk with 450ml of hot water.
- ☕️Add the instant coffee, stir well, and let the mixture cool slightly.
- 🔥Heat the oil in a pan.
- 🍞Dip the brioche slices in the milk and coffee mixture. Once fully soaked, pass them through beaten egg.
- 🍳Fry the French toast in hot oil, 1 minute per side, until golden.
- 🗞️Drain on paper towels and let them cool.

- 🧁For the cream, beat the mascarpone with 120g condensed milk, vanilla, and 2g instant coffee until dense cream forms.
- ☕️Cover the French toast with the tiramisu cream
- 🍫Sprinkle with cocoa powder to taste. And done! Enjoy 😋
