

// Vanilla sponge cake
Tender and juicy
Here I share with you this delicious vanilla butter sponge cake recipe.
It’s easy to make and you’re going to love the result! It’s soft, juicy and very fluffy 😍😋💛
Ingredients (22cm savarin mold)
- 🥣230g softened butter
- 🍭200g sugar
- 🥚6 eggs
- 🥄2 tsp vanilla essence
- 🌾225g flour for 💛sponge cakes
- 🥛50ml milk
- 🥄10g baking powder
Elaboration
- 🥧Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy
- 🥧Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla essence. Beat until well combined
- 🥧Add the flour together with the baking powder, previously sifted. Beat
- 🥧Add the milk and beat for a few minutes
- 🥧Pour the mixture into the previously greased mold and bake at 165ºC for about 38 minutes, top and bottom heat. Check with a toothpick that it comes out dry before removing the cake from the oven
- 🥧Let cool on a rack for 20 minutes before unmolding
- 🥧Decorate to taste
