Tender and juicy

Here I share with you this delicious vanilla butter sponge cake recipe.

It’s easy to make and you’re going to love the result! It’s soft, juicy and very fluffy 😍😋💛

Ingredients (22cm savarin mold)

  • 🥣230g softened butter
  • 🍭200g sugar
  • 🥚6 eggs
  • 🥄2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 🌾225g flour for 💛sponge cakes
  • 🥛50ml milk
  • 🥄10g baking powder

Elaboration

  1. 🥧Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy
  2. 🥧Add the eggs one by one and the vanilla essence. Beat until well combined
  3. 🥧Add the flour together with the baking powder, previously sifted. Beat
  4. 🥧Add the milk and beat for a few minutes
  5. 🥧Pour the mixture into the previously greased mold and bake at 165ºC for about 38 minutes, top and bottom heat. Check with a toothpick that it comes out dry before removing the cake from the oven
  6. 🥧Let cool on a rack for 20 minutes before unmolding
  7. 🥧Decorate to taste
