Ingredients: Base (20 cm pan)

- 🍪200g chocolate cookies
- 🌰30g toasted ground hazelnuts
- 🧈80g melted butter
Ingredients: Filling
- 🍶500ml whipping cream (min. 35% fat)
- 🥛200g condensed milk
- 🍫100g white chocolate
- 🌰100g praline chocolate
- 🥄1 tsp vanilla essence
- 🥣3 Dr. Oetker gelatin sheets (1.66g each)
- 🍶50ml hot whipping cream
Ingredients: Topping
- 🍫70g praline chocolate
- 🍫70g white chocolate
- 🍶100ml whipping cream
Preparation
- 💙Line the base of the pan with baking paper and place acetate around the sides.
- 💧Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water.
- 🧈Melt the butter in the microwave.
- 🥣Mix the crushed cookies with the hazelnuts and the melted butter, and cover the base of the pan with the mixture. Refrigerate for 20 min.
- 🥣In a bowl, whip the cream until semi-whipped, add the condensed milk and beat until combined.
- 🔥Heat the 50 ml of cream, dissolve the gelatin sheets and pour into the cream mixture. Mix and beat to combine.
- ➗Divide the cream into two equal parts.
- 🍫Melt the white chocolate and the praline chocolate separately. Add the white chocolate and vanilla to one part of the cream and the praline chocolate to the other half. Mix to combine.

- 🫗Pour the praline chocolate mixture over the cookie base, smooth it out, and then pour the white chocolate mixture on top. Smooth, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- 🍫For the chocolate topping, place the chopped chocolates in separate bowls. Heat the 100 ml of cream and pour 50 ml over each chocolate, mixing well until melted.
- 🍫Pour the chocolates alternately, praline and white, to create a marbled effect, until finished.
- 🧊Refrigerate for a minimum of 4–6 hours.
- 🥧Unmold and decorate as you like.

Notes
- ✨Gelatin sheets can be replaced with powdered gelatin; 1 sheet = 1.5g powdered gelatin
- ✨If you want it to be a bit creamier, use only 2 gelatin sheets!
