

// Chocolate banana bread
Moist and tender
I'm sharing this chocolate banana bread recipe with you; it turns out incredible ๐ super moist, very tender, and with lots of banana and chocolate flavor ๐ซ๐. It's also very easy to make!!
Ingredients (24cm rectangular mold)
- ๐ง120g melted butter or 100ml sunflower oil
- ๐ญ120g brown or regular sugar
- ๐ฅ2 M eggs
- ๐ผ1 tsp vanilla essence
- ๐350g mashed banana (approx. 3 units)
- ๐ฅฃ100g plain Greek yogurt or 60ml milk
- ๐พ150g cake flour (without leavening agent)
- ๐ซ50g pure cocoa powder
- ๐ฅ10g baking powder
- ๐ฅ2g baking soda
- ๐งA pinch of salt
- ๐ซ100g dark chocolate chips
Elaboration
- ๐Grease the mold and line the base and sides with baking paper (optional)
- ๐Put the bananas in a bowl and mash them with a fork. Set aside
- ๐ซIn another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until you get a creamy mixture
- ๐งAdd the melted butter or oil and mix until combined
- ๐Add the mashed banana and Greek yogurt. Mix again
- ๐ซPut the chocolate chips in a small bowl and add 1 tsp of flour. Mix well and set aside
- ๐พAdd the flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined and no lumps remain
- ๐ซAdd the chocolate chips and mix gently
- ๐Pour the mixture into the mold and bake at 170ยฐC for about 40-50 min or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
- ๐ซLet it cool on a rack and enjoy

Notes
- ๐ผSo it doesn't brown too much on top, you can cover it with baking paper for the last 10 min. This is totally optional and to taste ๐ค
- ๐ผYou can use mild olive oil or sunflower oil. I made it with both and it turns out just as delicious ๐
- ๐ผI decorated it on top with Nutella and it gives it an ideal touch ๐ค๐ซ. It turns out even moister and more delicious!!
