

// Vegan no-bake Oreo cheesecake 🌿
Creamy and easy
Here is this vegan version of my Oreo cheesecake, perfect if you prefer plant-based options or simply want to try something different 💚
It is creamy, rich, and very easy to prepare, and it does not need an oven, so it is ideal for any moment 🤗🥰. I hope you enjoy it 😋
Ingredients: Cookie base (18cm round pan)
- 🍪1 package Oreo cookies
- 🧈30g margarine or vegan butter
Ingredients: Cheesecake cream
- 🧀500g vegan cream cheese (Philadelphia style)
- 🌼1 tsp vanilla extract
- 🍬75g icing sugar
- 🌱250ml plant-based whipping cream
- 🌱50ml plant-based whipping cream
- 🫧1g agar agar
- 🍪1 package chopped Oreo cookies
Ingredients: Decoration (optional)
- 🍪Oreo crumbs and cookies
Elaboration
- 🌱Cover the base of the pan with baking paper and place acetate on the sides.
- ☘️Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with the previously melted margarine or vegan butter.
- 🍃Cover the base of the pan with the mixture, pressing well to compact, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- 🌿In a bowl, beat the vegan cream cheese for a couple of minutes. Add the vanilla extract and icing sugar, then beat until smooth and creamy.
- 🍀In another bowl, semi-whip the 250ml of plant-based cream. Set aside.
- 🌱Heat the 50ml of plant-based cream, add the agar agar, and stir to activate it properly. Immediately add it to the cheese mixture and beat to combine.
- ☘️Add the semi-whipped cream, mix, and beat until the cream thickens and is homogeneous.
- 🍃Add the chopped Oreo cookies and mix gently.
- 🌿Pour the mixture into the pan and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- 🍀Unmold carefully and decorate to taste.
