// Bread pudding
Easy and economic
Here's a delicious recipe for Bread Pudding 🥖!! It's super easy to make and it's a dessert that reminds me so much of my childhood! I used to make it when I was little, it always turned out as hard as a rock but I loved it hahaha 😍😋🧡.
It's an inexpensive dessert, the preparation doesn't take long although the baking takes a little longer 🤗. But I assure you it will be worth the wait!!! 😋😋🧡🥰
Ingredients: Pudding
- 6 eggs
- 700ml milk
- 200ml heavy cream (38% fat)
- 160g sugar
- 270g stale bread
- Vanilla extract or lemon zest (whichever you prefer - I use a little of each)
Ingredients: Caramel
- 🍬150g sugar
- 💧6 tbsp water
Elaboration
- 🍬First, make the caramel with the indicated ingredients
- 🍬Pour the caramel into the mold. Try to spread it evenly throughout the mold and let it cool completely. I used a 24cm Savarin mold
- 🍮In a bowl, put the bread cut into small pieces. Add the milk and cream. Mix
- 🍮Add the sugar and flavorings (lemon zest, vanilla extract) and mix well
- 🍮In a small bowl, lightly beat the eggs and add them to the bread mixture.
- 🍮Beat with an electric mixer for one minute to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.

- 🍮Pour the mixture into the caramel-lined mold and bake in a water bath at 170°C (340°F) for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- 🍮Let it cool completely in the mold, unmold, and enjoy! 😋🤗
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do!! 🥰🤗😋
