Here's a simple, creamy and absolutely irresistible dessert 😋.
This flan combines cheese, nougat and condensed milk, creating a silky texture and a flavor that wins you over from the very first spoonful 🤤😍. Ideal for surprising your family or guests during the holidays.

Ingredients: Caramel

- 🍭150g sugar
- 💧40ml water
Ingredients: Flan
- 🥚4 eggs
- 🍳6 yolks or 2 eggs
- 🍶250g condensed milk
- 🥛1L whole milk
- ✨250g soft almond nougat
- 🧀350g cream cheese
- 🥄1 tsp vanilla extract
Elaboration
- 🍬For the caramel: place the sugar and water in a saucepan.
- 🍬Cook over medium heat until you get a thick and golden caramel. Pour into the mold and let it cool and harden.
- 🍮In another saucepan, heat the milk without bringing it to a boil and remove from heat.
- 🍮Add the nougat and mix well.
- 🍮Add the cream cheese, stir until combined, and blend with an immersion blender.
- 🍮In a bowl, mix the condensed milk, vanilla, yolks and eggs. Add the warm milk mixture and mix well.
- 🍮Pour into the caramelized mold. You can strain the mixture for a smoother texture (I always do).
- 🍮Bake in a bain-marie at 170°C for 90 minutes.
- 🍮Let it cool completely, cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate until the next day.
- 🍮Unmold, decorate as you like (whipped cream and cranberries) and enjoy!! 😋
