

// Chocolate chip muffins
Soft and fluffy
I'm sharing the recipe for these super soft, fluffy muffins with that touch of chocolate everyone craves 🤤🍫
They're very easy to make and turn out delicious for breakfast, snack time, or a sweet treat at any moment 🧁🤎
Ingredients 8 pcs 🧁 (tulip liners 5x7cm)
- 🥚2 M eggs
- 🍬180g sugar
- 🫒140ml mild olive oil or sunflower oil
- 🥄2 tsp vanilla extract
- 🍶100g plain unsweetened yogurt
- 🥛240ml milk
- 🌾360g pastry flour
- 🥄16g baking powder
- 🍫140g chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
Elaboration
- 🧁Preheat the oven to 170ºC and prepare a muffin or cupcake tray with liners. In my case I used 8 units with two Lékué silicone muffin molds
- 🍫Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture is creamy
- 🧁Add the oil and vanilla, and beat until combined
- 🍫Add the yogurt and milk, and mix well
- 🧁Add the flour and baking powder, previously sifted. Mix until all ingredients are well combined and there are no lumps, without overmixing
- 🍫Add the chocolate chips and mix gently
- 🧁Divide the batter evenly among the liners
- 🍫Bake at 170ºC for about 25–28 min, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
- 🧁Let cool on a rack

They turn out super fluffy, soft, and with a delicious flavor. One of those recipes you always want to make again 🤎
