// No-bake Halloween Oreo BTS Cheesecake

Fun and creamy

Here I am sharing my super fun creation made with BTS Oreos. These cookies inspired me and I had to make this Oreo BTS cheesecake.

The flavor and texture are ideal, and it also turns out super pretty and fun for Halloween. I hope you like it 😍

Ingredients: Cookie base (23cm round pan)

🍪250g BTS Oreo cookies, finely crushed (18 cookies)
🧈50g butter

Ingredients: Cheesecake cream

🧀500g mascarpone or Philadelphia-style cream cheese
🥄1 tsp vanilla flavoring
🍬40g powdered sugar
🍶400ml whipping cream (38% fat)
🥣3 gelatin sheets
🍶50ml whipping cream
🍪157g chopped BTS Oreo cookies (1 pack)

Ingredients: Chocolate topping

🍫100g white chocolate
🍶40ml whipping cream
💜Purple food coloring

Ingredients: Decoration (optional)

🍥 White marshmallows to make spider webs
🍪 BTS Oreo cookies shaped like spiders
🖤 Black licorice
👀 Sprinkles for the eyes and mouth

Elaboration

💜Cover the base of the pan with baking paper and place a strip of acetate around the sides.
🥣Mix the finely crushed BTS Oreo cookies with the previously melted butter.
🥧Spread the mixture over the base of the pan and press it down so it is compact and even. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
💧Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for a few minutes.
🥣In a bowl, beat the cream cheese or mascarpone for a couple of minutes. Add the vanilla and powdered sugar and beat until the mixture is creamy and well combined.
🥣In another bowl, semi-whip the 400ml of cream. Set aside.
🔥Heat the 50ml of cream without bringing it to a boil. Drain the gelatin sheets well, add them to the hot cream and mix until they dissolve completely.
🧀Pour the cream and gelatin mixture over the cheese mixture and beat until combined.
🍶Add the semi-whipped cream and mix gently until you get a smooth, slightly thick cream.
🍪Add the chopped BTS Oreo cookies and mix with a spatula to distribute them well throughout the cream.
🫗Pour the mixture over the cookie base, smooth the surface and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. If you can, leave it overnight so it sets well.
💜Carefully unmold the cheesecake, remove the acetate and place it on the base or plate where you are going to serve it.
🔥For the topping, heat the 40ml of cream without bringing it to a boil. Add the chopped white chocolate and mix until it melts completely.
💜Add a few drops of purple food coloring and mix until you get a shade as close as possible to the BTS Oreo cookies.
🍫Pour the topping over the surface of the cake and let it drip slightly down the sides.
⏰Refrigerate for about 2 hours so the topping can finish setting, then decorate with the spider webs and cookie spiders.

Notes

✍️I used mascarpone cheese, but you can also use Philadelphia-style cream cheese, whichever you prefer.
✍️I used a 23cm pan, but if you want the cheesecake to be taller you can use a 20cm pan.
✍️To make the spider webs: I used white marshmallows. I put them in a bowl with a few drops of water and heated them in the microwave for a few seconds, just enough for them to melt and become sticky and manageable. Let them cool a little so you do not burn yourself, then use your fingers to take small amounts and stretch them into thin strands. Place them over the cake, crossing them over each other, until you achieve the spider web effect. 🕸️
✍️To make the spiders: I used BTS Oreo cookies, black licorice for the legs and sprinkles for the eyes and mouth. 🕷️
✍️To attach the eyes and mouth: you can use edible glue. You can also replace it with a little liquid caramel or melted white chocolate.
